I suspect I have Hypothyroidism, because when I take any supplements with Tyrosine in it, my fatigue is gone and I feel better . Does anyone know if they use Tyrosine to make Thyroid Hormone replacement drugs?

I mean,i don’t want the calcium cancelling out the vitamin,or the vitamin blocking out the MSM/glucosamine/chondroiten tablets, and I don’t know about the thyroid pills cancelling out anything,so that is why I am asking.
I try not to take them all at the same time,so,I don’t know about that.
I take the thyroid in the am.
an hour later, the glucosamin/msm/ and then calcium with a meal.
then an hour after that, the vitamin.
can anyone help me better understand this,as I want my body to absorb all these that it needs.
Thank you !!!!!!
I was diagnosed with " a touch of arthritis" about a year ago, after a severe fall,in which all my weight landed on my left knee. It grinds whenever I climb/descend stairs. As for the thyroid: I was diagnosed with that, too, about 6 years ago. The vitamin: My diet isnt the greatest, and i am told at 41,i should take one. As for the camcium: I take that because I dont think i meet the daily requirements for calcium. It isn’t a question of "Should I be taking them," it is a question of "if I do, how will they interract with each other and will one block the others’s absorbtion?" That is what I am asking.

I am searching for an all natural all day energy supplement that REALLY works! Low thyroid for the last 10+ years leaves me tired all the time not to mention the all day fatigue. I want to start exercising to gain strength and relieve pain as well as lose a few lbs. but the aforementioned tiredness and fatigue make it impossible for me to muster up any drive to do so. Oh, and yes, I am on thyroid meds. Any good supplements to help fight the fatigue and tiredness all day would be welcomed! I don’t want anything that will make me jittery or anything that is God awful expensive. Thanks to anyone with helpful answers!

My symptoms: tired all the time,
get cold very easily,
memory problems,
hair loss,
can’t lose weight,
depression.
I was sure this was hypothyroid but the tests came back all fine. I’m trying to find an answer because I just don’t feel healthy anymore. I looked up Wilson’s syndrome, but it seems many doctor’s don’t believe in Wilson’s. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to feel better? I do not take any supplements at this time, and eat a fairly well balanced diet, mostly organic vegetables, etc. I’d appreciate any ideas for supplements or nutrition changes or anything that will help. Thanks!
